In November 2025, Lenovo announced outstanding results for the second quarter of its 2025-26 fiscal year, achieving a remarkable $20.5 billion in revenue. This marks an 18 percent increase in NA channel revenue year-on-year (YoY). Adjusted net income grew 25 percent to $512 million, reflecting a strong operational performance across all sectors.

An essential part of these numbers is the unfolding Hybrid AI story and the opportunity it presents to Lenovo 360 partners. AI-related revenue surged to 30 percent of the group’s total revenue, driven by exceptional growth in AI servers and a robust rise in AI PCs, smartphones, and services.

Personal AI Strategy: Advancing Innovation to Enhance Market Leadership

The Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) serves as the backbone of Lenovo's new Personal AI strategy, which will launch globally at Tech World 2026. In Q2 FY25-26, IDG’s revenue rose nearly 12 percent, reaching $15.1 billion. Lenovo achieved a record 25.6 percent market share in PCs, with robust profitability across PCs, tablets, and smart devices due to higher prices and margins from premium, AI, and gaming PCs. The integration of AI capabilities saw AI PC shipments account for one-third of total sales, reinforcing Lenovo’s global leadership in Windows AI PCs.

Enterprise AI: Unleashing Hybrid AI Advantage to Capture Growth Opportunities

Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) posted booming Q2 results, with NA channel revenue rising 121 percent YoY. Their strategy targeted both Cloud Service Providers and Enterprise SMB transformation, driving high double-digit growth in their AI infrastructure business and securing a healthy pipeline. Neptune liquid-cooling solutions grew an impressive 154 percent, highlighting Lenovo's ongoing innovation for enterprise clients. The AI server segment also achieved substantial year-over-year revenue increases, boosted by growing AI adoption and a well-defined product launch plan.

Managed Services, Project Solutions: Driving Segment Growth

The Solutions and Services Group (SSG) also performed well, delivering $2.6 billion in revenue, a 15 percent YoY increase in channel revenue, and its 18th straight quarter of double-digit growth. Operating margin rose above 22 percent, highlighting vigorous support and managed services. Managed services and project-based solutions made up a record 60 percent of SSG’s revenue. The Lenovo Hybrid AI Advantage—featuring the AI factory, AI services, and industry solutions—continued to gain momentum.

By balancing innovation with operational excellence and continuing to align its device, infrastructure, and services portfolios around a Hybrid AI experience, Lenovo is well positioned to help channel partners drive recurring revenue, higher services attach rates, and improved operating leverage.
