Lenovo announced the selection of three key executives to CRN’s prestigious 2026 Channel Chiefs list. This annual honor recognizes the top executives who develop channel strategies, drive innovation, and create partner programs that make channel partners successful. Pascal Bourguet, Wade McFarland, and Craig Taylor are driving the channel strategy and leading the charge for Lenovo 360 partners.
Additionally, Bourguet and McFarland earned spots on CRN®’s 2026 list of the 50 Most Influential Channel Chiefs. This prestigious group, an elite subset of the larger Channel Chiefs list, honors leaders who consistently shape the IT channel’s future through their vision, influence, and measurable achievements.
Pascal Bourguet, Vice President of Sales Strategy and Channel Chief for International Markets
Bourguet focuses on advancing Lenovo’s global channel strategy. He has spearheaded the expansion of Lenovo 360’s global partner framework, introducing streamlined pathways and incentive structures that support growth and partner specializations across AI, services, and sustainability. Under his guidance, Lenovo has expanded partner certifications to more than 71,000 worldwide. Two-thirds of these accreditations concentrate on non-PC solutions, enabling diversification in your offerings. Additionally, Bourguet helped scale Lenovo 360 Circle, the company’s sustainability-focused partner community, and launched Lenovo 360 for MSPs, creating new growth routes for partners.
Wade McFarland, Vice President and North America Channel Chief
In his new role, McFarland drives a people-first, partner-centric channel strategy. He leads the One Lenovo mission across all the company’s business segments, strengthening collaboration among channel partners. Under his guidance, training, and enablement programs have gained traction, equipping partners to excel in an increasingly diverse solutions environment. In a flat market, Lenovo gained share by prioritizing collaboration with partners, enabling them with the right solutions, tools, and programs to build long-term profitability and growth for the Lenovo partner community.
Craig Taylor, Senior Director and Canada Channel Chief
Taylor has focused on building high-performance channel organizations rooted in accountability, innovation, and trust. As Canadian Channel Chief at Lenovo, he promotes a people-first culture, fostering accountability and sustainable growth. Taylor has led efforts to extend beyond PCs and accelerate growth in infrastructure. As customer needs change and Lenovo shifts toward services, it continues to support the channel as a strategic priority, using a sell-with, sell-through, and sell-for approach. Partner satisfaction has improved, as evidenced by higher Net Promoter Scores (NPS), marking success in the Canadian channel ecosystem.
